Scope and website services
We sell physical objects, including 3D prints, rather than downloadable printing files. These terms cover purchases, the cart and order form. Statutory consumer protection also applies to eligible sole traders under Polish law. The cart and order form are free. You need internet access, a current browser, JavaScript for the cart and an email address. Unlawful content and disruption are prohibited. The cart service ends when emptied or an order is placed. Electronic service complaints can be sent to minidropzone@gmail.com; we respond on a durable medium within 14 days.
Products and prices
The product description, variant, photographs, specifications and safety information define the purchase. Only items listed as included form part of the set. Prices are shown in PLN or EUR, depending on the currency chosen in the shop, and include applicable taxes. Delivery costs are shown separately before ordering. Cash on delivery and manual bank transfer are not offered. Advertised reductions must also show the lowest price in the preceding 30 days, or since first offered if shorter. Production after ordering or the use of 3D printing does not itself remove consumer rights.
Ordering and contract
Select a variant, add products to your cart, choose delivery and payment, enter your details and review the total. You can correct details before submitting. Submitting the form with “Continue to payment” records the order and opens the payment stage. Placing an order entails an obligation to pay the total shown in the summary. Orders cannot be submitted while payments are unavailable. Orders marked as tests simulate a purchase; no money is taken and they are not fulfilled as actual sales. The contract is concluded when the shop records the order and displays confirmation with an order number. Contact the seller before retrying an order with no confirmation. The seller supplies confirmation of the contract on a durable medium no later than delivery; also keep the downloadable order copy.
Payment and delivery
Available payment methods are shown in the cart. Only a method offered there can be used; orders cannot be placed while payments are unavailable. A payment clearly marked as a test is a simulation and does not charge you. The full total, including products, discounts and delivery, is shown before you submit the order. Destinations, shipping cost and estimated transit time appear in the cart. Any stated production time is added to transit time. Unless another time was agreed, goods are delivered within 30 days of the contract. Statutory remedies for delay remain available. For consumers, risk normally passes on receipt of the goods.
Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from an online purchase without a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, or the last item, lot or part delivered separately. Send an unambiguous statement to minidropzone@gmail.com or MiniDropZone, ul. Kolejowa 31, 26-500 Szydłowiec, Polska before the deadline. The returns page also provides an online withdrawal function: enter and review your statement, then confirm withdrawal. Receipt is recorded and an acknowledgement is available to download and supplied to your email. The sample form and these routes are optional; an unambiguous statement remains sufficient. Return the goods to MiniDropZone, ul. Kolejowa 31, 26-500 Szydłowiec, Polska within 14 days of notifying us. The buyer pays direct return costs; any cost for goods not normally returnable by post must be disclosed before purchase. Original packaging or a receipt as the sole proof of purchase is not required. The buyer is liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Payments, including the cheapest standard outbound delivery offered, are refunded without undue delay and within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. The seller may wait until the goods or evidence of return are received, whichever is earlier, unless offering collection. Refunds use the same method unless a different, cost-free method is expressly agreed. Statutory exceptions include non-prefabricated goods made to individual specifications, such as an individual name. This must be disclosed before ordering. Selecting a standard colour or variant does not by itself make a product personalised. Complaints rights remain available for personalised goods.
Goods not in conformity
The seller is liable for a lack of conformity existing at delivery and revealed within two years, or a longer stated useful life. Contact minidropzone@gmail.com or MiniDropZone, ul. Kolejowa 31, 26-500 Szydłowiec, Polska, ideally stating the product, contact details, problem and requested remedy. Order numbers and photos help but are not mandatory. You can request repair or replacement. A change of remedy or refusal is allowed only on statutory grounds, including impossibility or disproportionate cost. A price reduction or termination is available in the cases specified in Article 43e of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, including serious non-conformity, refusal or unsuccessful remedy. Termination is unavailable for minor non-conformity. Repair or replacement is free, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience; the seller collects the goods at its cost. Consumer complaints receive a response on a durable medium within 14 days, otherwise they are deemed accepted. Layer lines do not exclude liability for a product that fails to meet its description or legal requirements.
Disputes, data and changes
Consumers can seek help from a consumer ombudsman, the Trade Inspection or an appropriate alternative dispute resolution body listed by UOKiK. Following an unresolved complaint, the seller provides its decision on ADR and the relevant body on paper or another durable medium. Court access remains unaffected. The former EU ODR platform is closed. Personal data and browser storage are covered by the privacy policy. Polish law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection under applicable law. Changes to these terms do not affect existing contracts; the version in force when ordering applies. Mandatory law prevails.
