What exactly am I buying?
A finished, physical object 3D printed in our workshop. We do not sell files for printing at home. You will find the use, photos and dimensions on each product page.
How do I order?
Choose a variant and add the product to your cart. Choose your delivery country and method, enter your details, then review the summary and choose to pay with PayU or Stripe.
How can I pay?
Pay online with PayU or Stripe. Choose your payment provider in the cart.
How much is delivery and where do you ship?
Choose your delivery country in the cart. We show the methods available for every item in your cart and the cost of one parcel. Some methods are free above a set order value.
Can I choose a colour?
Available variants are shown on the product page. Choosing a variant changes the photo and the price of the product you add to the cart.
Do you offer personalised products?
Yes, for example the money box with a name. Enter the name in the order notes in your cart.
Can I return a product?
As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the parcel without giving a reason. This does not apply to personalised products made to your specification. The terms of sale give the details.
